Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.

The Services are powered by Shopify. However, all purchases made through this store are made directly with Kelly SHU, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Kelly SHU.
