Kelly Concepts, LLC offers a 30 day, money-back guarantee on the purchase of both the Kelly SHU Pro™ and Kelly SHU Composite™ systems. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the entire system in the original packaging, along with the original sales receipt, for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling fees which were imposed at the time of sale. All returns must be shipped or returned to the place of purchase at the claimant’s expense. Refunds will only be issued in the event that the Primary Mounting Unit is in a like new condition. Judgement on condition of returned merchandise is left solely to the manufacturer.
The KELLY SHU Pro™ Limited LIFETIME Warranty
Kelly Concepts, LLC warrants that the Primary Mounting Unit (excludes all other components of the system and the finish on the Primary Mounting Unit) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the Product. In the event of a defect, We will repair or, at our option, replace any Primary Mounting Unit deemed defective. The foregoing remedy is the sole and exclusive remedy in the event of a defect in the Product.
Enclosed warranty cards must be completed and returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase to validate the warranty. All warranty claims must be shipped or returned to the manufacturer at the purchaser’s expense with a copy of the original sales receipt. This warranty coverage is not transferable by the original purchaser and is subject to the following conditions.

Kelly Concepts, LLC warrants that The Kelly SHU Composite™ Primary Mounting Unit (excludes all other components of the system) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1-year from date of purchase of the product. We will repair or, at our option, replace any Primary Mounting Unit deemed defective during the warranty period. The foregoing remedy is the sole remedy in the event of a defect in the Product. Warranty claims must be shipped or returned to the manufacturer at the purchaser’s expense accompanied with the original or a copy of the original sales receipt. This warranty coverage is not transferable by the original purchaser and is subject to the following conditions.
